Position Title/Designation: PM - Projects

Experience: Minimum 12 years

Qualification : B.E. Civil /PG Qualification

Job Location: Pune - Chakan and Ranjangaon

Company on roll: Leading EPC Firm in construction field

Responsibilities & Required skill set:

- Lead all phases of the warehousing project from planning to completion.

- Manage construction activities, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance

- Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution

- Efficiently allocate and oversee project resources.- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery.- Must have exposure for handling civil & MEP work in project

- Coordination with client & top management

- Handling multiple projects

- Hands on experience in P & L Accountability

- Strong network of labour contracts

Budget/CTC range Based on the competency
