Role & responsibilities

Rs 35,000 - Rs 42000/- per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Management

Payments & Reconciliations:

• Oversee payments and reconcile receipts from UPI, cash, Swiggy, and Zomato to match sales accurately.
• Track daily cash flow and immediately resolve any discrepancies.

Documentation & Variance Reports:

• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, expense receipts, and vendor invoices.
• Prepare variance reports regularly, identifying discrepancies in daily and monthly expenditures and focusing on food and packaging cost controls.

Monthly Food Cost & P&L Reporting:

• Calculate and report monthly food costs, ensuring they remain within the set budget for profitable margins.
• Produce monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for management review.

GST & TDS Filings:

• Handle timely GST and TDS filings, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations relevant to the food industry.

Bank Statements & Ledger Maintenance:

• Review bank statements to check for double payments and other discrepancies.
• Ensure ledger accounts are accurate and conduct monthly maintenance and reconciliation of all accounts.
• Sales Tracking & Analysis

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across all platforms.
• Identify sales trends and help develop strategies based on high-selling products and peak periods.

Inventory & Waste Control:

• Assist in stock audits, maintain accurate inventory records, and track waste for cost control.
• Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

Licensing & Insurance:

• Manage applications and renewals for yearly licensing and insurance.
• Ensure all licenses (FSSAI, health, safety, etc.) are up-to-date and meet government standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Keep the company compliant with local, state, and national regulations in the food industry.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure all government-mandated food safety, hygiene, and employee welfare regulations are being followed.

Attendance & Payroll:

• Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, maintaining records for payroll and performance reviews.

Payroll Management:

• Handle payroll processing, accounting for hours worked, leave taken, and overtime.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and timely, managing deductions and incentives as applicable.
• Operations & Administrative Support.
