Job Description
GEC International Study Centre is looking for HR Assistant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Maintain personnel records, including updating employee information and processing new hires, terminations, and other changes
- Schedule interviews and assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits plans and answering questions about benefits coverage
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures
- Process payroll, including ensuring that employee hours are accurately recorded and calculating payroll deductions
- Prepare and maintain various HR reports, such as headcount reports and employee turnover reports
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build relationships with employees and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
