Responsibilities.
1. CRM Management: Manage patient relationships, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors, and other stakeholders.
2. Patient Call Handling: Provide empathetic and personalized response to patient calls, respond to their queries, and address their concerns.
3. Patient Education: Educate patients about IVF treatment options, procedures, and protocols, and provide guidance on treatment plans.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to patient feedback, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, data entry, and reporting.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the IVF team, including doctors, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements-
1. Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in an IVF centre or hospital.
2. Education: Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
3. Skills:
Excellent patient handling and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and patient management systems.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work in a fast-paced environment.
