Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables.
• Close projects and conduct post-project reviews.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently (depending on project size and complexity).

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry. (Min 3 years experience as Project Manager)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience managing AI / Machine Learning projects.
