Market Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:

The overall purpose of the role is to Handle Distributors Secondary Sales, dealers after market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.

• Handling Dealers, Retailers, automobile shop and workshops.
• Sales Promotion activity to increase market share (like service camp, Road shows, leaflets disturbs. &etc.)
• Visiting Retail counters on daily basis.
• Channel Sales management & supply management.
• Sales target meeting, Dealers Meets, Mechanical Meeting
• With HO daily coordinating for stocks and recent any updates.
• Proving training for Mechanics/retailers and team.
• Educating local garage about new scheme launched by company on daily basis

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent operates as an Individual contributor & reports to Area Sales Manager to achieve the business objectives of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in B.E/Diploma
• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar role in automotive components, Industrial companies
