GBE Buyer

We are currently looking for a Buyer with good communication and negotiation skills to help us with the suppliers management and procurement strategy improvement.

Role & responsibilities

• Supplier scouting & adding in the panel for new technology for new growth vertical.
• Build Supplier Panel for the Worldwide / Regions operational requirements.
• Lead new supplier integration process in the Panel: perform supplier prospection, supplier assessments (CSA), supplier development as per sub commodity strategy.
• Meet Annual Operating Plan's objectives on sub commodity
• Build and consolidate productivity action plans for sub commodity.
• Manage sub commodity strategy activities on assigned scope.
• Conducts Yearly negotiations with assigned suppliers
• Ensure platforms, customer teams current and future needs are identified and answered by sub commodity strategy
• Support new product launches in coordinating with New Product Introduction team
• Generate and consolidate ideas for global projects, collect ideas from suppliers
• Manage performance for assigned suppliers: lead quarterly business and performance review, and foster improvement of suppliers performance
