Store Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance of department, premises, and equipments.
• Ensuring stores materials record update.
• Follow Personnel Hygiene practices and monitor Departmental hygiene.
• Follow the Health, Safety and Environment policy of the organization.
• Knowledge of SAP for MM module will be an added advantage.
• Ensure Raw material, packing material, solvents are stored appropriately (With respect to designated area, identification of labels, and storage conditions).
• Co-ordination with planning, production, purchase, Quality Control, and other departments for effective functioning of warehouse.
• Responsible for Physical stock verification and reconciliation of raw material as per define daily or as a when required.
• Responsible for receipts ( Rm/Pm and solvent tankers ), storage, dispensing and accounting of raw materials.
• Ensure and maintain the location tracking of materials.
• Carry out dispensing activity as per dispensing plan.
• Responsible for Inward material unloading for trading.
• Ensures that all Pest Control activities are done as per schedule.
• Maintenance of sufficient stock of RM and packaging materials.
• Any other assignment allocated by Department Head.
• Continual improvement of Quality Management System Process.
• To carry out all activities of raw material stores, as instructed by the Department head and any other assignment allocated by Store Head.
