Role & responsibilities

Drafting, Court appearances, Research and other Legal assignments

Preferred candidate profile:

(i) Proficiency in litigation. (ii) Capable of working as a team (iii) Drafting of suits; written statements; applications; replys;writ petitions, Counter Affidavits, rejoinder, Notices and other miscellaneous applications. (iv) Regular appearances before High Courts, all District Courts , forums and tribunals.
Candidate should have good command over English, drafting, and working knowledge of Computers and internet.
