Job Description
- Develop Implement Community Strategies - Ideate, create and take care of complete execution of an engagement plan to ensure the gaming community is constantly growing
- Lead Community Projects Initiatives - Look into planning, managing and overseeing multiple community driven programs
- Organize Execute Events - Host online and offline community events to increase community interaction, foster stronger connections and increase brand loyalty
- Recruit Manage Community Teams - Recruiting training and leading a team of community moderators and volunteers who help and support in the events organized
- Gather Insights Drive Growth - Conduct research, strong tracking of trends, provide meaningful insights on user behavior, look into product feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Build Strengthen Partnerships - Cultivate strong relationships with gaming communities and influencers to enhance collaboration and reach
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university
- 2+ years of experience in planning executing multiple events at a time
- Experience in empowering community leaders, with a track record of integrity and collaboration
- Have extensive network in Esports and gaming community is a plus
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Passionate about gaming and community development and engagement
- Willing to travel within India
