Office Boy

Role & responsibilities

Shree Ganesh Dal & Besan Mills is looking for Office Boy to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• All type of Office & Factory External work including collection of Factory Material from Vendor.
• Assist with running errands, such as picking up office supplies or equipment.
• Perform basic office tasks, such as photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up for meetings and events.
• Run various errands outside of the office, such as picking up lunch for the Director & team or going to the post office, Aadhar center etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director & other staff
• Assist senior management and other staff with personal administrative support as needed.
• Coordinate with delivery services and handle office-related courier tasks
• Banking work including depositing cheques, sending and receiving bank documents etc
• Inward / Outward Documents to Legal consultant includes CA, CS, Labor consultant etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy
• Candidate Should have his Own bike with Valid driving License
• SSC Passed or appeared
