Looking for HR experienced in PF/ESI/TDS with knowledge of excel/word

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws including ESI, PF, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and maintain confidentiality where necessary.
  
• Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Corporate HR principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in handling various HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing (ESI), tax deductions (TDS), etc.
