Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI with SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI and an understanding of business intelligence tools. Experience in the real estate domain is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports
• Analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights
• Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications

Skills:

• Data analytics proficiency
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques
• Expertise in creating Power BI dashboards
• Critical thinking for effective problem-solving
• Knowledge of ETL implementation process is good to have.
• Knowledge of data warehousing is good to have.
• Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and other JavaScript libraries

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization and Power BI development.
• Proficiency in DAX queries and understanding of ERP modules.
• Prior experience in the real estate domain is preferred.
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
