Zen Technologies - Junior Game Developer - Unreal Engine (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the game development team to design, develop, and implement high-quality multiplayer games using Unreal Engine.

- Utilize your expertise in vector math and linear algebra to create immersive and realistic gaming experiences.

- Apply strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms to optimize game performance and enhance player experience.

- Demonstrate solid programming skills in C++ or C# to develop and maintain game systems, mechanics, and gameplay features.

- Solve complex problems creatively and effectively, ensuring smooth gameplay mechanics, efficient resource management, and optimal game performance.

- Work in an agile development environment, following Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality games within designated timelines.

- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to integrate assets, animations, and visual effects into the game engine.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in game development, actively participating in knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in game development, specifically in Unreal Engine.

- Candidates proficient in Unity3D and willing to transition to Unreal Engine will also be considered.

- Extensive experience working on multiplayer games, understanding the challenges and intricacies involved in developing interactive online gaming experiences.

- Strong knowledge of vector math and linear algebra, enabling you to implement advanced game mechanics and physics simulations.

- Proficiency in OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms, ensuring clean and efficient code.
