Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and leaders across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to bring ideas to life.
Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences across platforms (Mobile, Web, Desktop) for our target personas.
Drive Business Impact: Define key success metrics, track performance, and measure outcomes to ensure our products not only meet expectations but exceed them.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends, perform competitor analysis, and continuously evolve our product roadmap to stay competitive.
Prioritise with Precision: Manage a well-organised backlog of user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
What We re Looking For:
Experience: 4+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on SaaS products. GRC platforms, big data analytics, and visualisations experience are highly desired.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of writing technical and functional requirements.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
Organisation: Strong organisational and coordination skills to drive collaboration across multiple teams.
