Job Description

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at Kailash Colony, Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by managing calls, handling inquiries, and collaborating with various teams.


This role is perfect for freshers or graduates passionate about customer service and sports management.

Compensation

  • Probation Period (First 3 Months): ₹18,000 in-hand per month.
  • Post-Probation: Salary will be revised based on performance.

Key Responsibilities


Handling Customer Calls:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing leads, provide arena details, resolve issues, and gather customer feedback.
  • Maintain a record of feedback from various customer segments and ensure timely follow-up.

Lead Management:

  • Allocate leads to Arena Managers based on the nature of the inquiry or customer requirements.
  • Send quotations and facilitate closing leads for bookings by coordinating with Arena Managers.

Collaboration & Issue Resolution:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant teams or management for timely resolution.

CRM Tool Management:

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information on all interactions.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address customer complaints or conflicts in a professional, timely, and effective manner.

Product Knowledge:

  • Provide comprehensive information about Gallant Play Arenas, ensuring customers can make informed decisions about their bookings.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any field (Preference given to candidates with a background in Sports Management/Science).
  • Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
