Manager - RTR/Reconciliate

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Looking for a qualified chartered accountant with10+years of experience in Record to Report, GL Accounting and Reconciliation (Bank, Vandor, Customer, Intercompany and Business-Specific)
• Experience in team management
• Experience in Accounts / Audit / Preparation and Consolidation of Financial Statements
• Experience in reconciling and reviewing General Ledger Accounts, Bank and Intercompany Accounts as per policy
• Excellent Communication

Role & responsibilities:

• Review Training need analysis both process and non-process related
• Ensuring compliance with the accounting standards and regulations knowledge about GAAP and IRFS
• Highly knowledgeable in the broad spectrum of accountancy accounting practices
• performs month end activities e.g. preparing and uploading journal entries, etc.
• Review and investigate reconciliation variances
• Management and clearing of Open items, including timely communication to stakeholders of aged open items
• Prepare and Approve complex Reconciliation Accounts
• Provide support for internal and external audits including control walkthroughs, documentation support and inquiry response
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functionally to meet strict project execution deadlines
• Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes
• Leadership skills and ability to work with various teams; should be able to forge meaningful and well-established relationships with various stakeholders
