Responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure by maintaining the businesscontinuity as per the defined SLA, Implementation of solutions and sustenanceof the same, to adhere to the Policies and procedures defined and will beresponsible for maintaining the records with respect to IT Operations .
ManagingGalaxy Data center in maintaining the uptime of applications which are hostedon premise.
Manage theITSM Portal and to ensure all incidents are registered and the issues areresolved as per the defined SLA
Co-ordinationwith Firewall, Network and application team in resolving issues.
Lookingafter warranty follow-ups. Vendor Management, Escalating the calls pertainingto h/w to vendors quick closure within SLA, Maintaining Monthly MIS Report,Asset Management.
Co-ordinatewith external auditors for IT Audits in giving the required inputs and accessthrough proper approvals and to play a vital role in closure of the auditobservations.
Adherence tocompliances related to IT on Hardware, Software, Applications E-wasteremoval etc.
Perform costbenefit and return on investment analyst for proposed system to aid managementin making implementation decisions.
To analyzethe inputs given by outsourced team with respect to Infrastructure and apprisemanagement on the exact requirement for decision making.
To interactwith various service providers for managing connectivity and uptime of the sameas per the vendor SLA
Toco-ordinate with Vendors for the NDA and SLA agreements as per the requirementand to maintain the records of the same
Managementreporting on Monthly Quarterly basis on IT Infrastructure SLA, Highlightsand lowlights, new project status etc..
Shouldhave hands on experience on :
Installation,maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Server Client Operatingsystems.
functioningof Public and private clouds.
Troubleshootingof AD Servers, O365 management / Exchange Management.
Virtualizationsoftwares (VMWare, Hyper-V )
To be ableto handle backup softwares and to maintain the backups as per the policy ofvarious applications.
Should havehandled at least one database software (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
Tounderstand the applications used in the organization and to give end to endsupport as per the requirement.
To supporthelpdesk team in resolving issues in new applications, tools and add-insrequired for Business
To haveformal and informal discussions with team members (both internal andoutsourced) to get the updates and requirements.
To collectinputs from internal team and other processes for creating Budget and co-relateand present it to the Process Head for finalization
Co-ordinationwith helpdesk team in resolving security gaps given by IS Audit team
