Roles & Responsibility:

• Verify and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Ariba/ERP system
• Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of Purchase Order according to business needs
• Negotiates with supplier for competitive pricing, contract terms as needed
• Developing and implementing best practices to streamline procurement efficiencies
• Engage in routine and complex document preparation; File management (SharePoint)
• Analyzing the impact of proposed procurement policies and legislation that effect or impact business processes and monitor implementation
• Prepare and publish KPI reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in B.com, BCS, with overall 5 years’ experience including minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain 
• Strategic thinker with a high degree of initiative and integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at different levels, including Senior Management
• Excellent written cum presentation skills
• Be meticulous and organized, to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
