REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 7 YEARS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shooting Coach to join our team at the Gun For Glory Shooting Academy. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to shooters, develop personalized training plans, and offer technical and tactical support to enhance shooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions and develop personalized training plans for shooters

Provide technical and tactical support to shooters

Aid in the conduct of camps and training programs for High-performance as well as grassroots levels

Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance shooting skills

Offer guidance, motivation, and support to shooters

Plan and execute training sessions and competitions

Provide constructive feedback to shooters

Qualifications:

Experience as a shooting coach or professional shooter

Knowledge of shooting techniques, equipment, and rules

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work with shooters of all levels

Organizational and time management skills

Certifications or qualifications in shooting coaching or related fields (desirable)

Experience in talent identification and development (desirable)
