Job Description

Responsibilities:


Position Overview

  • The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various digital networks.
  • This role involves working closely with different departments to align online marketing strategies with the companys broader marketing goals.
  • The position requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Familiarise in digital marketing, stays updated with the latest trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Role and Responsibility


Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive individually, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Engage with Company CEO, Sales team in defining and developing of digital solutions at patients, KOL, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, governments level to achieve a customer centric organization.
  • Manage and grow the companies social media presence across platforms such as Company Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars, monitor engagement metrics, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.

Content Marketing:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content that aligns with the companies brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts, videos, infographics, and other forms of content for various digital channels.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Monitor email marketing metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing performance and present insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Team Management:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as graphic design, content, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and campaigns.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Optimize landing pages and website content for higher conversion rates.

Staying Current with Digital Trends:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
  • Experiment with new marketing channels and strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Knowledge & Skills Required


Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.

Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in analyzing data and converting it into actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

SEO and SEM Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO / SEM best practices

Content Creation & Management:

  • Ability to oversee the creation of compelling content across various digital platforms.

Social Media Proficiency:

  • Experience in managing social media accounts and understanding of social media analytics tools.

Email Marketing:

  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies for lead nurturing and customer retention.

Marketing Tools & Software:

  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong communication skills for effectively working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.

Project Management:

  • Excellent project management skills, with the bility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative Thinking:

  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Experience in managing budgets for digital marketing campaigns.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new digital marketing trends.
