Job Description
- Handling outbound calls
- Recovering loans from the customer
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of strong communication and loan recovery collection
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Skillset: Strong communication
Languages: English, Tamil and Kannada to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
