Job Title: Salesforce Senior Administrator (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)

Location: Remote

Shift: 1 pm to 10 PM IST

Job Description:

• Sales Cloud Expertise: Manage and configure Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, and the Quote process.
• Service Cloud Expertise: Implement and manage Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, SMS-to-Case, and Omni-Channel solutions.
• Salesforce Configuration: Hands-on experience in configuring Lightning Flows, Public Groups, and Sharing Rules.
• User Management: Create and manage users, assign profiles and permission sets, and maintain security settings.
• Security Management: Configure Profiles, Permission Sets, and Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD).
• Ticket Resolution: Resolve L1 and L2 support tickets, providing troubleshooting and incident management.
• Environment Management: Manage Salesforce sandbox environments and handle licenses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and coordination.
• Salesforce Certification: Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Nice to Have: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
