Sr. Executive-Housekeeping

-Assist the Housekeeping Operation and team to deliver extraordinary service by ensuring delivery of standards and achievement of the hospitality business objectives.

-Will promote an atmosphere of Friendliness and Cleanliness.

- Provides staff training, communicating with other departments and making proper duty rosters of the staff.

-Monitor productivity, all purchases of replacement items, sub - contracting expense, linen/uniform cost, housekeeping contract costs for property maintenance.

-Set realistic departmental goals and structure of organization for continual improvement.
