Tally Operator

Role & responsibilities.

• Taking care of day to day site expenses with proper record.
• Responsible for Maintaining & Updating Records of payroll, Ledger, E way Bill, Purchases, Sales, Bank, Cash, Reconciliation, GST, EPF, ESI & Taxes Reconcile accounts payable and receivable etc.
• Good Command in using Computers, MS Office (Excel and WORD), Tally Prime,.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0 to 3 years of work experience of similar nature.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
• Hands on experience of working on MS Office & Tally Prime.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Access Database skills, particularly the creation of v lookups, pivot tables and macros.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of Banking, GST, TDS, PF & ESIC.
• Having experience/ knowledge in Tally software.
• Should have good command in excel and have proper typing skill
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skill
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels.
• Flexible, Result Oriented and Go ‐ Getters.
• Build and sustain strong relationship with all the business partners
• Ability to effectively multi‐task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
