Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing and Ecommerce will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and ecommerce strategies that drive growth and enhance the customer experience. The incumbent would lead a team towards achieving ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a marketing and ecommerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and market trends.
2. Marketing Management:
- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to optimize ROI.
- Lead brand development efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
3. Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Management:
- Handling performance marketing and digital marketing
- Driving ecommerce via the ecommerce team and lead the negotiation of JBPs and ToTs
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance the customer experience.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
4. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and ecommerce team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive team success.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Supply Chain and finance
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed business school
- Experience in marketing roles with in the FMCG industry the last few years in leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Should have familiarity and been part of ecommerce planning and supportive role in getting the planned numbers from the ecommerce channel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
PS : The candidates require only experience in FMCG Marketing. Ecommerce experience is not compulsory.
