Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) / Academic Coordinators with experience in the CBSE curriculum or International School education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum development, academic coordination, faculty training, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum & Content Development

• Develop and enhance subject-specific content aligned with CBSE / Cambridge / IB / IGCSE standards.
• Design innovative lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment modules.
• Integrate EdTech tools and digital learning methodologies for enhanced student engagement.

2. Academic Coordination & Operations

• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure smooth academic operations.
• Coordinate with school management, faculty, and subject matter experts to maintain academic excellence.
• Monitor assessment strategies, student performance, and faculty training needs.
• Ensure adherence to board guidelines, compliance, and accreditation standards.

3. Training & Faculty Development

• Conduct teacher training programs on curriculum delivery, assessment patterns, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Support faculty with pedagogical strategies and integrate best teaching practices.
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions.

4. Quality Assurance & Innovation

• Evaluate and upgrade existing academic policies and content.
• Introduce innovative teaching-learning methodologies aligned with global education trends.
• Collaborate with EdTech teams to design digital learning solutions.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Masters / Bachelors degree in Education, Subject Specialization, or related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or subject matter expertise.
• Experience in CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB / Cambridge curricula is preferred.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Expertise in curriculum design, lesson planning, and academic operations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content development tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of EdTech trends, AI in education, and digital pedagogy.
