Total Yrs. of Experience Min 6 Years Relevant Yrs. of experience 5 Years Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
\ - 5+ year hands on experience in Omni studio, involved in implementations of configurations, customizations, database activities, monitoring activities, deployment activities, etc.
- Good exposure on core apex, triggers, batch jobs, Integrations (REST/SOAP), etc.
- Experience in Sales, Service Health Cloud.
- Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and actions.
- Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader.
- Developed SFDC Customized Reports, Dashboards and Processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Good to have Lightning Experience.
- Salesforce PD1 Omni Studio Certification is must.
