Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices including strategic sourcing supplier management contract management and procurement operations. Technical expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud Procurement modules including familiarity with Oracle Cloud configuration tools data models and integration capabilities. Design end-to-end procurement solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Procurement modules such as Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification Management ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware platforms for integrating Oracle Cloud Procurement with other enterprise systems. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle databases for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
