Detailed job description - Skill Set:
Utilities Domain Knowledge
,- Automation, and use of contemporary automation tools across various platforms. UFT
- Advanced experience in preparing and maintaining automation test strategy/plans/framework.
- Domain (OMS, WMS, GIS) & Application SMEs
- Evaluating use of automation technologies and tools
- Enforce automation test standards and ensure adherence to reusability and test efficiency.
- Review, maintain and optimize regression repository of automated test scripts, test suites, and test data.
- Develop and execute the automation scripts
- Designs, build and implement end to end test automation solutions conforming to strategy/plan.
- Requirements Analysis. Identify Test Data Scope, data types and parameters.
- Database testing: Identify Master and Transaction Tables, prepare queries to identify data sets; validation of migrated data in Test Environment
- Preparation of additional data types / steps in Test environment. Preparation of transactional data for execution
- Preparation & Execution of test scenarios / test cases. Record and analyze test results in ADO.
- Review Test artefacts. Coordination with onsite team. Log defects and track them to closure.
- Execution of Automation Scripts during Regression.
- Work With Test Architect on Automation POCs Exploring right fit among Various Tools to deliver outcome.
