Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
\ - Execute features and user stories along with team in Agile development methodology
- Lead and mentor the developers for their features/user stories to complete
- Identify the risk well in advance and provide mitigation plan/action items
- Identify the blockers/dependencies well in advance and work with team to resolve as per priority
- Conduct DSMs with team and update the status
- Publish KPIs on weekly basis
- Lead the technical and agile meetings
- Accountable for team deliverable and quality
- Review and lead PI meetings, demos, deployments, testings till client acceptance
- Python core and Advanced
- FastAPI with pydantic model
- SQLAlchemy ORM
- PostgreSQL database
- Github - Source control
- CI/CD -Jenkins
- SAFe/Agile Experience
