Global Financial Crime Compliance Product Team Product Manager Professional
Function Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agile methodology and should be to plan and execute the products life-cycle. This role will involve working closely with global financial crime compliance stakeholders (both business and technology), analyze business requirements, prepare Product Requirement Document and have complete view of product development. Purpose of the Role:
Lead the product team and help the bank in managing change management on the financial crime compliance platforms based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs and business goals. Lead Scrum meetings and product sprints.
Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the companys strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in on product priorities and timelines
Execution and Delivery: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Work closely with technical, design teams & key business stakeholders to define and execute detailed product requirements and user stories. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade-offs as necessary to balance scope, quality, and time
Data and performance: Top notch analytical thinking. Identify and address product issues, bugs, and user concerns promptly by collaborating with technical team
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams. Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Project Management: Manage and oversee onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Critical Factors to Success
Proven experience as product manager.
Understanding of financial crime compliance platforms will be added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
