Responsibilities:
- Workflow Management: Design, develop, maintain, and support Alteryx workflows to prepare data for analytics and reporting.
- Optimization: Enhance existing workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Automation: Support the automation of manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Document workflows, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Training: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Alteryx development.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to deliver data solutions for the program.
- Experience: 5+ years hands-on experience with Alteryx, including Designer and Server.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Alteryx macros, iterative workflows, and in-database tools.
- Database Proficiency: Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
- Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Data Visualization: Strong familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- ETL and Data Governance: Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance principles.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Team Location: Based in Pune, within the Engineering Enablement team, part of the Group Chief Technology Office.
- Purpose: Engage and empower Engineers through communities, learning programs, and engagement initiatives across GOTO.
