Urgent Opening For Deputy Manager/Manager-MIS

Role Summary

DM/Manager Fraud Control Unit would assist Head FCU in various aspects of fraud control including planning, control evaluation, reporting, documentation, and verification along with issue closure. The role involves data analysis, report development, and ensuring data integrity.

Role & responsibilities

1. Data maintenance & management: Includes collection, analysis, management of gathered data. Also need to ensure its accuracy and completeness in all respect.

2. Development of various reports: Design, development and generation of various reports and dashboards for Fraud control Unit as per requirements.

3. Analysis and Insights: Analysis of data to identify trend and patterns. Bifurcation and release of data to downline for investigation and detailed analysis purposes.

4. Data compliance: Filing of various regulatory returns with regulators as per regulations. Compilation and submission of all types of fraud MIS to Management. FMR's (all types)/Other required reports to be prepared and submitted within regulatory timeline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Industry background - Banking / NBFC/NBFC-MFI
• Well versed with MS Office i.e., MS-Word, Excel formulas & PPT (Presentations)

Key Competence & Skills

Understanding of BFSI (Banking / Finance/especially MFI) sector, MIS and related analysis along with proper presentation skills.

Years of Experience

Minimum 4 5 Years for Deputy Manager and 6+ years for Manager grade (Preferred from NBFC/MFI Industry ideally with exposure to Risk/Audit / Vigilance/RCU or Fraud domain).
