Job Title: Divisional Manager-Process & Quality

Location: Trichy

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management:

Monitor loan portfolios for early signs of delinquency or risk.

Develop and implement credit risk strategies to minimize risk exposure while supporting business growth.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Loan Recovery and Collections:

Coordinate with the collections team on delinquent accounts and take necessary steps to recover outstanding dues.

Work with legal and other departments for the resolution of non-performing assets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and other branch staff, to ensure a smooth lending process.

Provide feedback and guidance to relationship managers regarding credit policies, underwriting standards, and risk management practices.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of all credit decisions, assessments, and reviews.

Prepare regular reports for branch leadership on the status of loan portfolios, risks, and collections.
