PMS Fund Manager - Fixed Income

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• The position will be responsible for managing Institutional PMS mandates with a diverse range of Fixed Income assets viz; Government Bonds, Corporate Bonds and other Debt securities in line with the regulatory guidelines and risk tolerance.
• Continuously monitor and analyse macroeconomic indicators, Interest Rate movements, Credit spreads, demand-supply dynamics of Bonds, systemic liquidity etc to identify Investment Opportunities.
• Develop and implement fixed income investment strategies based on in depth research and market analysis in order to add significant value to mandates.
• Execute purchase and sale transactions for the portfolio and continuously monitor the investment results to achieve the optimal investment outcome for mandates.
• Actively manage and monitor Interest Rate Risk, Credit Risk and Liquidity Risks. Ensuring compliance with Internal Risk templates and regulatory limits.
• Responsible for achieving the respective investment objectives and targets in accordance with approved guidelines set by the Investment and Risk Panel.
• Meeting corporates/company management and prepare reports to detail key takeaways from the meeting(s).
• Assisting the Sales team for Client calls and Sales pitch.
• Regularly communicate with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders, providing updates on portfolio performance, market outlook and strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.

Qualification & Experience

• CA/MBA & Graduate with minimum 5 years of Industry Experience
• CFA is recommended
• Experience in Fund Management
