IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodology and a strong background in fintech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading projects in the financial technology industry, delivering high-quality products within budget and on schedule. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.

2 . Employ Agile methodology to facilitate efficient project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

3 .Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.

4 .Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to support timely project delivery.

5.Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution and minimize impact on project timeline and quality.

6.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving team collaboration and innovation to optimize project delivery processes.

7.Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

8.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project priorities and objectives.

9 .Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.

10.Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

1 .Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fintech industry, with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

3.Strong understanding of Agile methodology, with experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

5 .Solid understanding of fintech products, services, and market trends, with a passion for driving innovation in the financial technology sector.

6 .Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

7.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

8.Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.

9.PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

10 .Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello is preferred.
