Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with managers and clients to understand business problems and define data requirements.

- Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data to ensure quality and structure for downstream analysis.

- Design and develop scalable, accurate, and efficient algorithms leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.

- Perform model diagnostics, validate assumptions, and fine-tune hyperparameters to improve model performance.

- Evaluate existing processes and algorithms, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

- Translate analytical outcomes into clear, actionable business insights.

- Collaborate with engineering teams and/or client teams to deploy analytical models and prototypes into production environments.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related analytical roles.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Clustering, Classification Algorithms, and other advanced analytical techniques.

- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, C, C++, Java, SQL.

- Experience working with Big Data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Cassandra, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark, Databricks.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
