UI/UX Front-End Developer

Role & responsibilities -

• UI/UX Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop responsive, mobile-first interfaces for web and mobile applications. Implement UI designs from wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups, while adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience.
• Front-End Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to implement design concepts and enhance user interfaces. Use front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js to build dynamic and interactive web applications.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Design interactive prototypes and wireframes to test user flows and validate design concepts. Work with stakeholders to ensure that the final designs meet user needs and business objectives.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize front-end performance by reducing page load times, minimizing resources, and ensuring smooth interactions across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems, using RESTful APIs and ensuring smooth data flow between the two.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that web applications are responsive and user-friendly across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• User Research and Feedback: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on designs to improve the overall user experience.
• Quality and Standards: Write tested, documented, and reusable code while adhering to best practices in front-end development. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and maintainability of the UI.
• Agile Development: Participate in agile sprints, collaborating with the development team to deliver features in a timely manner. Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.

• Responsive and Mobile-First Design: Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites with a focus on performance.
• UI/UX Focus: Ability to design mock-ups and prototypes that emphasize usability, accessibility, and engagement.
• Agile/Scrum: Comfortable working in an Agile environment, adhering to sprint cycles, and delivering iterative improvements.
• Code Quality: Write clean, idiomatic, and well-documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• User Research: Familiarity with conducting user testing and usability studies to refine and iterate designs based on real-world feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the product and contribute to resolving bugs, improving UX, and optimizing performance
