Front End Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee project execution: Plan, execute, and deliver front-end development projects by setting milestones, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
• collaborating with designers and translating design concepts into interactive web experiences. Ensure the security, performance, and maintainability of web applications.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices, standards, and consistency across the team.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• mentor junior developers by offering technical guidance, encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and creative problem-solving to enhance their skills and confidence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Front-End Engineer.
• Proficiency in AngularJS/React.Js frameworks and strong experience in UI development. Advanced knowledge of jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular CLI, NPM, HTML5, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as Inspector and JavaScript console for debugging and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces across devices and browsers.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases to support back-end integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and abstractly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
