Job Title: Medical Devices Sales Manager
Job Summary:
- The Medical Devices Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving product sales, engaging with healthcare professionals, and showcasing our products' value.
- This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to deliver effective product demonstrations, and a strong commitment to customer service.
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing day-to-day sales activities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions (e. , physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators).
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-services to educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and clinical value of our products.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales support.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends, competitor analysis, and key accounts.
- Plan and execute effective sales calls and territory management activities.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term partnerships with customers based on trust and mutual benefit.
