As we continue to scale, we are expanding our reach through a robust franchise model. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Franchise Sales Leader to spearhead this growth initiative and establish a thriving network of franchise partners across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Identify, prospect, and onboard franchise partners aligned with Leverage Edu's mission and values.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential franchisees across target regions.
Sales Leadership:
Drive the franchise sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring targets are consistently met.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize franchise acquisitions.
Training and Support:
Provide comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new franchisees.
Ensure ongoing support to franchise partners to help them succeed in their respective regions.
Market Expansion:
Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for franchise development.
Analyze competitor strategies and adapt approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term collaboration.
Foster a culture of trust and mutual growth between Leverage Edu and its franchise network.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor performance metrics of franchise partners and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present periodic performance and growth reports to senior management.
Qualifications
1. Have min B2B experience of 5 years
2. Have worked in the franchise setting for 1-2 years
3. Overall experience min 8 years
