Senior Retail Sales - Furniture and Decor Store

We are looking for Senior Retail Sales and Visual Merchandisers to staff up our stores in Bengaluru (Indiranagar and Sadashivnagar) and Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills)

Freedom Tree is a fast growing home decor and furniture brand. We believe in colorful and bold print design to create happy and designer homes. Over the last 12 years, Freedom Tree has grown from a small studio shop in Mumbai, to a pan-India retail brand with 6 stores and an online presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supporting overall store operations, handling customers, merchandise

- Thorough product and service knowledge to guide customers to make sale

- Achieve sale targets, with regular monthly growth

- Setting store displays, visual merchandising, and highlighting new arrivals and slow movers

- Analysis and reporting to ensure better sell-thru and product feedback to head office

- Documenting and following all accounting, merchandising, and operating processes

- Ensuring timely customer delivery, support, and servicing

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in retail and sales environment for at least 3 years

- Experience with luxury, premium customer, or boutique brand

- Ideally experienced in home decor, furnishing, or furniture category

- Experience managing team and staff
