Job Description
- Will be responsible for Regional Delivery Operations including total implementation of processes & and systems in the delivery vertical.
- Should have Strong Managerial & Administrative Qualities
- Will be responsible & involved in the selection & training of Trainers & Centre Operation Managers
- Ensuring optimum utilization of resources & co-ordination with other Departments
- Regular visits to the centers falling in the Region.
- Responsible for putting students in the batches after
- Admission & and their documentation.
- To Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery Carry out student development activities.
- Responsible for Organising Parents Teacher Meetings at Centres
- Should interact with all the students in batches and ensure complete student satisfaction at all levels.
- Ensure timely certification of the students by coordination with the Certification Team
- Controlling Slippage, Dropouts & Leakage at all levels
- Faculty Management & Rostering of the Region
- Ensuring excellent attendance (90%)of students in the region
