Production Plannning

Role & responsibilities

Lead the Production Planning/Production Scheduling & Production Controlling team to ensure to meet customer expectations.；
Balancing the production line arrangement during source down time
Ensure the ontime delivery against customer demand without fail
Build a team to manage internal and extranal work according standard
Develop and maintain clear job assignment into team to ensure the output ontime

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor degree or above
10 years of work experience，and 5 years management experience, 5 years of smart phone manufacture at least
Familiar with smart phone manufacture process, have experience of Production planning & control
Strong communication and strong resistant to compression ability.
Strong ability of term organization and cooperation；
Skilled of English(Listening ,Spedking ,Reading ,Writiing)
