Manager/ Assistant Manager

• Mobilization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in any of the assigned districts.
  
• Execution of Field activities as per thestrategy and plan.
  
• Collect and validate data and prepare theinitial report and share with Senior Managers
  
• Coordination with SME units for effective implementations of identified projects
  
• Facilitate for implementation support to the enterprises by involving local service providers and technology suppliers
  
• Contribute to the development of reports/case studies for completed assignments
  
• Any other work as assigned by the reporting managers
  
• Building rapport with individual enterprises.
  
• Will coordinate with the local team in thecluster, technical experts, equipment providers, financial institutions andlocal MSME stakeholders for designing the road map for ensuring energyefficiency, renewable energy usage, supporting FIs for green financing modelsand
  
• Will be responsible for understanding market trends, needs andpreference of buyers and their buying criteria, facilitate dialogue between theinstitutional public and private buyers with the cluster units, provide inputsto the team on market development and linkages.
  
• Supporting the local team by providingtechnical solutions as well linkages with the public schemes of assistance
