Competencies

• Strong thematic knowledge on recycled textiles/ de-carbonisation/ traceability/ circularity.
  
• Past experience of working with Government/ Textile brands or MSMEnetwork/
  
• association.
  
• Understanding of new age interventions in recycled textiles. Good understanding of the sustainability issues in the textile sector- Global vs National
  
• Solid leadership skills to coordinate &manage team effectively
  
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good English communication, writing skills and negotiation skills
  

  Qualifications & Experience
  

  Candidate should have Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Management/ Social Science/ Engineering & Equivalent with extensive experience of leading big projects of similar size and in similar sector with at least 20 years of experience in MSME development, well exposed to development models and having good training and capacity building, project management & Monitoring & Evaluation skills
  

  • Preferably having exposure in Textiles Design/Textile Technology
    
  • At least 7 years of managing Projects more than 5 crores value and multiple client/ partners.
