We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Injection Moulding Manager to oversee and lead our injection moulding operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the moulding department, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the injection moulding department.
• Manage a team of moulding technicians, setters, and operators.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure optimal machine utilization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects or downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Engineering) for seamless workflow.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulation

Desirable Skills:

• Lean Manufacturing, or similar continuous improvement awareness.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in automotive, medical, or high-precision plastic manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in injection moulding, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, materials, and tooling.
• Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• B.tech Engineering or technical qualification preferred (e.g., Mechanical, Plastics, Manufacturing).
