Principal Architect (India) - ForwardAI

We are looking for an experienced Principal Architect to join our fintech company. As a Principal Architect, you will be responsible for collaborating with a remotely distributed team of Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and UI/UX. You will be reporting directly to the CTO and will be responsible for driving technical excellence, making architectural decisions, mentoring, and guiding the team toward the successful delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate should have superb English writing and speaking skills, excellent team management skills, and strong technical skills. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner and be able to lead by example.

• Collaborate with a remotely distributed team of Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and UI/UX
• Make architectural decisions and drive technical excellence
• Mentor and guide the team toward the successful delivery of high-quality products
  Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Lead by example and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Work closely with the CTO on tasks and projects to run the department and oversee the team

• Overall experience of 10 years or more
• 5+ years of experience in NodeJS
• Experience in Angular/React
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB. Cloud: AWS. Misc.: Docker & Kubernetes, Basic concepts of networking, Basic knowledge of CI/CD
• A good and natural leader and team builder
• Experience in scaling products is preferred
• Asset: Experience in Fintech, banking, and payments
• Superb English writing and speaking skills
• Bachelor s Degree from a recognized University/Institution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
