Location: Chennai or Bengaluru (Hybrid Mode)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Azure ETL Developers to join our offshore team. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Azure-based ETL processes, with experience in handling MGA/TPA data feeds and knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Azure tools.
Process and manage data feeds, particularly MGA/TPA feeds, ensuring data quality and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
Integrate, transform, and load data from various sources to support business intelligence and analytics.
Optimize ETL processes for scalability and performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data integration and processing.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL pipeline issues promptly.
Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development with Azure.
Proven expertise in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and other relevant tools.
Experience with processing MGA/TPA data feeds.
Strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
Proficiency in SQL and data transformation logic.
Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
Experience in hybrid work environments.
Work Mode: Hybrid (Candidates should be based in Chennai or Bengaluru, ideally both from the same location).
